Professor Evgeny N. Pashentsev is a leading researcher at the Institute of International Contemporary Studies at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs RF. Director of the International Centre for Social and Political Studies and Consulting. Scientific coordinator of the project GlobalStratcom – a joint platform of international strategic studies associations. Coordinator of Russian – Latin American Strategic Studies Association,International Research Group on Threats for International Psychological Security by Malicious Use of Artificial Intelligence (Research MUAI). The author/co-author of 39 books, more than 200 articles published in Russian, English, Spanish, Italian, French, Serbian, Bulgarian, Vietnamese languages. and reports, among the last ones: Experts on the Malicious Use of Artificial Intelligence and Challenges to International Psychological Security (2021), etc. Editor: Strategic Communication in EU-Russia Relations: Tensions, Challenges and Opportunities (ed. by Evgeny Pashentsev). Since 2021, he has been heading the work of Russian research team within the framework of a joint two-year project supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) and the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) on the topic "Malicious Use of Artificial Intelligence and Challenges to Psychological Security in Northeast Asia." Since November 2022 he has been taking part in a project “Opportunities and Challenges for the Belt and Road Initiative in Times of Profound Changes Unseen in a Century”/百年大变局条件下高质量共建“一带一路“的机遇与挑战 ( National Grant by China Ministry of Sciences, Grant No. DL2022176001) based on CUFA Institute of Asian Studies. Member of the International Advisory Board of “Comunicar” (Spain), “Journal of Political Marketing” (USA). Honorary Research Fellow at Birmingham University (October-November 2005). Presentation of papers at 180 international conferences and seminars in 24 countries for the last 10 years. Areas of current research: Strategic communication of Russia, China and the USA; Malicious use of artificial intelligence and international psychological security; artificial intelligence and prospective models of social development.

Edwin P. Christmann, professor and chair of the secondary education department and graduate coordinator of Slippery Rock University’s mathematics and science teaching program and earned his Ph.D. at Old Dominion University. He served as a contributing editor to the National Science Teachers Association’s middle schools journal, Science Scope, serves on the editorial review boards of several other research journals, and has authored the books Technology-Based Inquiry for Middle School and Beyond the Numbers: Making Sense of Statistics; and he has coauthored Interpreting Assessment Data: Statistical Techniques You Can Use, Designing Elementary Instruction and Assessment: Using the Cognitive Domain, Designing and Assessing IEP Instruction for Students with Mild Disabilities: Using the Cognitive Domain, and Designing Middle and High School Instruction and Assessment: Using the Cognitive Domain. In addition, he has written over 100 articles and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. He currently teaches graduate-level courses in measurement and assessments, science education, and statistics, which are built on the foundation of his math and science experiences.

Olga M. Bazanova is a leading researcher of Clinical neuroscience, behavior, and neurotechnology of the State Research Institute of Neuroscience and Medicine (Novosibirsk). She is Professor of Scientific center for Humanities and Science of Moscow Physic technical Institute, Novosibirsk state University, Institute of Advanced Research at Moscow State University M.I.Sholokhova (Moscow) The author/co-author of 5 monographies books, more than 300 articles published in Russian and English.The fields of her Interest are: neurobiological indicators of the efficiency of sensorimotor integration, learning ability, musical performance, creativity, the individual characteristics of the EEG alpha activity, EEG indices of psychomotor and postural control, neurofeedback training for peak performance.
